Product Introduction:

• The product is woven and coated with bulk E-type glass fiber textured yarn by special process. High viscosity liquid silicone rubber is injected with external pressure. Expansion-contraction ratio greater than 30%, with good air tightness; Anti-chemical corrosion, anti-ozone, UV; Non-toxic, halogen-free, flame retardant; Good wear resistance, tear resistance; Good resistance to high temperature and weather. It is an ideal gas sealing material; Products comply with SGS environmental protection requirements;

Product application:

• It is suitable for gas sealing, caulking, support, shock absorption and insulation protection of medical equipment, biopharmaceutical, food processing, chemical equipment, oven and other equipment.

Product material:

• The bulk E type glass fiber is used as the base material, and the imported high viscosity liquid silicone rubber is pressed into injection.

Physical and chemical properties:

• Heat resistance: Grade H suitable working temperature: 260℃/-70℃, short time 300℃.
• Extrusion shrinkage ratio: greater than 30%; Flame retardant: VW-1

Specification size:

• Outer diameter: 5.0mm-30.0mm, can be customized according to actual needs.
• Color: Mainly black.
